Good morning ☀Now it's time to get to the desk. I thought I'd show you my best friends ...
... today - the laws. However, these are only the laws 🤣 to each law there is still a comment on my shelf.
The yellow book deals with European law (the European primary law in the form of the European treaties and the Charter of Fundamental Rights; as well as the secondary law in the form of directives, etc.).
Then you see the tax law. After that comes the first red brick - the Schönfelder (in it you will find the private law and criminal law in essence). The second brick - the Satorius- deals essentially with public law at the federal level (the legal relationship between the state and the citizen in the relationship of superordination/subordination). Last but not least, the thick blue book deals with public law at the state level and exists in this form only in Bavaria, with its own Bavarian police law and its own Bavarian system of legal action. By the way, Bavarians are very proud of this - I am not!
Thanks @soldier for the great training, I'll learn then....
..respect for your discipline!...but you surely know that it’s still not possible or even necessary to have everything in memory, but it’s still important to know where to find it when you need it....sorry, guess you have your strategy and surely also your goal to achieve....have a great time 😊😇😅😷.
Das Wissen kann dir später keiner nehmen, viel Erfolg 🤙😁

How many of these are understood, respected and integrated in daily life?

What is the answer? Who understand the laws anyway?
