Weekend snacks

Today I made Chatpate which is mixture of puff rice with boiled potatoes, peas or chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, coriander, lemon and salt to taste.Its very popular snacks among Nepalese and Indians as well.We can always improvise the ingredients according to our taste.It was delicious but I missed the Nepalese street vibe. I hope everyone had a lovely weekend amongst Covid 19 pandemic.
