| I work in a factory and here we have a manager, he is always rotten, that means he has no respect for helpers, he doesn't listen to anyone, when I want to talk to him, I call him on his WhatsApp number. But I send a big message because he doesn't listen to his mouth and shuts me up. Wherever I left work they appreciate my work a lot, now it's been some time ago there was some change in our work, a new machine was started which I had never operated before today. It takes at least a week to get hands on a new item, because of this machine we had a load of work, so this manager used such dirty and foul language on me in front of four employees that I could hear him. I kept crying all day and even after going home I was alone. My wife had gone to stay at her mother's house with the children. He cried and complained to Allah, and then sent him a big message saying that I feel bad about your words, you should not have talked like that, everyone's honor is less, some more, then his Later, when I went to work, he was a little better than before, but his words hit me like an arrow in my chest, because I have never been dishonest with my work, so why did he talk to me so much? Sani, there will be some people among you who have been given high positions by Allah, please do not be like him, no matter what field you are in, respect those who are lower than you in the same way as you yourself want.
