Beautiful 😍 I honestly believe that the act of letting go for some is the most difficult.. and yet the most essential! It's healing..
Sometimes i like to sit silent and just with remind myself that with every breath i take.. i absorb positivity and with every breath i release i let of of Bad emotions/feelings.. and with my palms open.. i can feel the negative energy flow out 🧘♂️
