Contest: What do you do to stay active?
Thanks @fendit for this wonderful contest. I have got to know about it today which is the last day but am submitting it before time elapses so that the people am inviting can also see it earlier and pertake.
What do you do to stay active
Well I have a daily routine I follow to keep myself active in each and every activity I perform. I usually wake up at 9am since I have no school activities. I then open my steemit and check on what is taking place, I check out different communities and if I have any post am going to submit, I usually do them in the morning and submit and spend the rest of my day making research about the next post am to submit in.
Per now, am pertaking in the beginners tasks in the crypto academy community. So I woke up to write about the topics am to read about so that in the night or tomorrow morning, I can write down and submit my tasks in the community . This keeps my brain thinking and less distracted
I then usually proceed to having breakfast. A healthy mind requires a healthy body. So I usually have brown porridge and bread. I love brown porridge because it has a lot of health benefits and it’s soo tasty. I usually spread blue band on my bread to make it more tasty and more beneficial to my body. After this I take a bath and relax for some time. In most cases I usually watch television, take pictures or go to my brother’s workplace to help out and to keep myself occupied so that I don’t get bored.

I also love working out very much so I usually play some music and do some simple physicals from home to keep strong. I usually workout in the evening. I do squats, sit-ups, I skip a rope, donkey kicks and kegels . These all help me in different ways. They help me keep in shape, loose callories and chop fats, and keep my pelvic muscles tight. I have been working out since 2016. I started this in my senior four. I was in a single school and we had a “sosh” party with a single school for boys. So we could always workout at night on the dormitory so that we have nice shapes on the day we were to meet up with these boys😂. It was sooo crazy but I got used to it and I fell in love with working out. Till today I like it. When I take long minus working out, I feel pain in my joints so it requires me to only take about two resting days in a week and resume to my health routine.
The last activity of my day is resting in time. I go to bed at 10pm and rest. I make sure before I go to bed I first put scrub in my face and leave it to stay for about 10minutes then I was it off and take a cold bath to refresh myself and keep my skin pores open and and have supper then I sleep off. This helps my mind also rest and prepare for the next day’s activities.
