Hello steemians,,,
I hope you are all healthy and happy. Today I am trying to participate in an interesting competition organized by @fendit. Thank you for hosting the "What do you do to stay active" contest which is a very valuable topic for today and I am happy to participate in it.

I would like to share with you how I spend my day actively.

I wake up at six'o clock in the morning. As soon as I get up, I eat some date and drink a glass of warm boiled water. The baths are cleansed and the Buddha is beaten before starting work. Blessings to the whole world. Compassionate. Therefore, the mind feels great relief and happiness. So you get a good motivation to start the day. Mental health is very good..

I never miss breakfast. Be sure to eat rice with vegetables or cereal in the morning. Lunch adds a lot of nutritious food. I eat seven days a week thinking about nutrition in a different way. So I get the amount of vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and fats my body needs. And dinner is a normal thing to eat. Do not eat foods high in carbohydrates that are difficult for the body to tolerate. also drink water half an hour before the main meal. Do not drink water while eating. I often drink lukewarm water. After breakfast, lunch & dinner I definitely eat fruit or yourghet. That is a habit. Or the food eaten will not be digested😁

I am a working person. So I'm on duty from 8am to 5pm. Although not a record, I think I walk about 1km a day in the office itself. Going up and down the staircase. So in addition I do not need to exercise. A good amount of exercise happens automatically per day. But in the evening I exercise for about 15 minutes. In addition, I have a bottle of water at my desk at work, and when I see it while working, I remember drinking water. Drink 2.5 - 3 liters of water per day.

I am someone who is always smiling and happy. Friends and relatives spend a lot of time together. I do not criticize anyone in my office for doing the job. I help everyone and perform my duties happily. Everyone has an admirable feeling about me in their hearts. So I maintain good social health.

In the evening after work I worship the Buddha again and meditate on breathing well up & down. Thanks to the universe for making the day work well. I know I feel like my mental health is 100% good. I take dinner, brush my teeth, change my clothes and go to bed. I am someone who is always clean. Before going to bed I go to bed happy remembering the good things that happened to me that day. So I can get a good night’s sleep and wake up refreshed. I sleep 7 or 8 hours a day. My sleep helps my brain to circulate blood and function well.

In addition, when I get a vacation, I go to the beach. Playing. Eat foods high in unwanted fat and do not use drugs. I read books in my free time. It's a hobby of mine. Also playing "ludoo" game with friends. A variety of dishes are prepared for the weekend. It's so much fun.

For all these reasons, I can maintain my BMI at all times.

BMI = Weight / Height * Height

BMI = 18.5 : Weight for height
BMI > 18.5 : Obesity
BMI < 18.5 : Low weight

So I think I am living a healthy life. Very happy. I am in good physical, mental and social health. My daily routine may have been a factor.
