Steemit Engagement Challenge - S9W2 : "The Music that Moves You"
I will like to thank @mile16 for inviting me to this contest, It’s not a topic I will really like to miss, I love music, and this topic is so tempting because It arouses my interest, I couldn't afford to miss it. Some friends here on the blog know that I love music.
Just before I share my thoughts using the guide questions on this contest, I’ll like to say that music is life, it is connected to the soul. Personally, I have my own way of healing when I listen to music, It helps me to cope with emotions.
I will like to share my thoughts according to your guide questions…
| What music makes you get up from your chair to sing or dance to it? |

I love music that passes good messages, at the same time, I am also a beats addict. That means sometimes I could dance to the beats of a song without being Interested in the lyrics.
I enjoy singing and dancing to most Nigerian songs popularly known as ” Naija”.
But there is one song that always makes me get up the chair to sing and dance no matter the mode I am that time and that is a song by Michael Jackson entitled ” they don’t care about us”
| Tell us what music they have dedicated to you and which one you have dedicated. Why? |

Right from my childhood, my parents always play our religious music, and this helped me to understand the Important of playing such songs, It’s a means of worship. All those songs were meaningful till this moment. So, I will say, I was dedicated to those songs. I was living in a mist of music, my father usually plays Jazz(Yanni and Enya) and that’s why,
I can sing almost all the songs released by Yanni and Enya. My uncle that was living with us loves country music and he plays that every single day, trust me, I can sing almost all the lyrics of Don Williams's music and I can even play them on my guitar.
| What kind of music do you listen to at home? |

A little trickish question, I will say but I like almost all kinds of music, hence It is not promoting violence. I do not have one particular genre I listen to. But most often I play Naija Afro music and country music.The rhythm has Its own way of healing.

I do not listen to music all the time, not when I am working on steemit because I will be distracted. But I listen mostly when I am handling laundry, cooking, relaxing and engaging in exercise.
| If you could write a song, what topic would it deal with? |

I will like to write a song that deals with self-confidence, coping with depression and love. Maybe I could sing and play such songs with Tatiana Manaois. People are going through a lot and I believe such music can uplift their souls. I will like to make the beats a little mild.
Maybe something like the music we have above, the lyrics are so strong.
I know a few folks who love music, I will like @jotatrading, @eliany and @irawandedy to check if they can participate in this Interesting contest.

Tocar la guitarra es maravilloso 😊 y más aún si con ella puedes tocar esas canciones que tanto te gustan, te imagino tocando nuestras canciones del reino, sería genial si logro verte en algún momento tocando y cantando una de ellas .
Es cierto las personas hoy día pasan por muchas cosas y una buena canción de consuelo les dará alivio .

Su formación musical, una herencia de sus padres que tocaban música religiosa, lo ha llevado a comprender el sentido de este tipo de melodías; sin embargo, también tiene entre sus preferencias al llamado Rey del pop, con lo cual demuestra que ha sabido variar sus opciones y se encuentra abierto para apreciar cualquier ritmo... Me gusta mucho esa canción de Michael Jackson es muy linda y los escenarios donde se grabó genial creo que fue en Brasil, aunque estoy segura que todas las canciones de Michael te dejan una bonita enseñanza, como la que heredaste de tu padre, pero aparte te inclinas por varios géneros musicales

Jackson's music was one of it's kind, I can hardly stand without shaking my body to the rhythm of Jackson's music.

Indeed some of the musics we do listen to on daily basis portrays a very good and meaningful lyrics. From which one can learn a lot from. Well i am not actually good at dancing. So what i do is just listen and enjoy

Que buena música la de Michael Jackson fue un grande en la música y ya no está vivo y las personas aún escuchan sus canciones porque muchas fueron escritas con buena letra .
Sería toda una gran experiencia cantar junto a esa artista .
