I am very happy to participate in a content challenge that is beautiful and wonderful.

Health is the root of all happiness. Any work can be done very easily if health and body is good. A healthy person always feels at ease in all areas of his work.

Both physical and mental health are equally related to good health. He who has both body and mind is healthy. Everywhere a healthy person is the highest priority.

In order to have good health, it is mandatory to move in all areas according to the routine at all times. When we follow the routine in all areas, all our tasks will become easy.

What moves you each day to go out into the world to fulfill your responsibilities?

I love to spend all my time busy. And always like to apply these times in the right place.

I use three hours daily out of my daily routine to spend with friends and relatives living around me. I have allocated one hour in the morning and two hours in the evening for them. We have allocated a team of ten people to do morning work within an hour. After two hours in the evening, the area where I live is used by the people of the area for all kinds of happiness and sorrow.

In the area where I live, everyone works very hard. Amidst thousands of engagements, everyone takes time out of their respective places to exercise to maintain body and health. I want to create a beautiful neighborhood in my area using their inspiration. We all always take enough precautions regarding body and health.

And in the neighborhood where I live, I started the work first to keep my body healthy. The task is to take a morning walk in the morning amidst thousands of busy people and after 2 hours in the evening everyone in the area to take news of happiness and peace. I am the founder of this beautiful work and because of that everyone respects me a lot. I try my best to take morning walk with everyone to keep my body healthy.

What things do you do or what methods do you use to keep yourself balanced? Explain (health, beauty, fitness, sport, devotion)

I am Muslim. Five times a day I have to go to the mosque to pray, to seek shade under the throne of Almighty Allah. It may not be possible to pray these five times in congregation all the time. Still I always try my best to clean up the sign beautifully.

Even though I don't always have time, I try to read our holy book Quran Sharif.

First of all my favorite sport is cricket. Even though it is not possible for me to play every day, I try to go to the field and play with my friends as Sunday is a closed day. I am always bowling and batting while playing cricket. All-rounder in one word.

For beauty and makeup, I normally use ema lotion and spray. Emma Company's products include quality body lotions, fragrance sprays, roll-ons and more. This is one of my favorite brands in South Africa.

I am always careful about what I eat. I have an apple, banana and cheese sandwich for breakfast and sometimes black coffee without sugar.

In lunch I have rice with vegetables in my favorite list. And if there are no vegetables, then maybe there must be fish.

My all time favorite for dinner is beef and chicken.

I am as careful about what I wear as I am about what I eat and drink. I usually don't wear my jeans and pants for more than a day.

There is a word mentioned in our Muslim religion that cleanliness is part of faith.
I always try to be as clean as possible.

I always try to sleep seven hours a night. Sleep is not possible due to being busy during the day.

Do you feel there are things you can improve in your routine? Mention them.

Although I said I try to sleep for seven hours but I can't always. Nowadays, the yoga of social media often requires staying up late at night to fiddle with the phone.

I have to try to get enough time to sleep.

I don't eat much after breakfast until lunch, I think I need to make a routine of eating in between.

Would you like to add any other routine to your life? What would it be?


Many things need to be done. Thinking about work doesn't do much anymore. Busyness and exhaustion both work. Still will try in future.

Are you satisfied with your current lifestyle or do you think it could be improved?


Working hard with purpose and effort. Hope to improve in future.
A little change from the way we are at the moment might make something better.

Which of the routines you perform would you recommend?


If you pray five times a day, your health will always be good.

Some more time should be taken out daily for exercise.

After eating and drinking within a certain time, sleep.

Taking time out to walk and exercise is a good way of keeping your body fit and healthy, it is good to watch what we eat, it is not about how much the food is but healthy eating is the most important.

It is good that you always try to sleep for 7 hours, sleeping helps in keeping one brain and body functioning properly.

Hello friend, you live in a close-knit community where there is a lot of motivation towards health care and that is very beneficial for everyone.

I hope you can get a full night's sleep because you certainly end up staying up a little late because of work or other things, we live in such a challenging world that we have to take refuge in prayer to comfort our spirit.
