TINOLANG ISDA

Good day steemians!

Being a working mom, though you are a bit busy in your work you must know what were the likes of your kid because that is the only way that they will remember you.

As I notice Matheena when we were eating, she really loves soup. Whenever I will be cooking something, and theres no soup on the table, she will definitely look for it. One time, I asked her whats her favorite food and there it was proven that what she loves is soup and banana. According to her, she loves soup because she can swallow what she had eaten easily.

And to those momshies whose kids also loves soup, this entry is perfect for you. This is so common in the Philippines, I am not sure if you also have this in your country.

✨INGREDIENTS:✨

  • fish
  • ginger
  • salt
  • ajinomoto
  • magic sarap
  • water
  • onion strings
  • tomatoes
  • calamansi
  • onion bulb
  • long green chili

✨PROCEDURE:✨

Step 1:

Boil a clean water, once it is boiled put the ginger. I just put 4 cups of water since I only had 2 slices of fish.

Once you can smell the aroma of the ginger, yoi can now put your fish and other spices. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes or until all the aroma will come out.

Step 3:

Afterwards, you can now put the magic sarap, salt and ajinomoto. The amount of it is depending on your taste. Then let it simmer again for 3-5 minutes.

Step 4:

Lastly, once everything is set and is ready to serve, put the calamansi. Simmer for 1 minute.

And here is now our finished output. I am sure Matheena would love it.

Those are the easy steps on how I make my TINOLANG ISDA. To those countries who havent tried this and love to eat with soup, try this and just follow my sinple steps.
