Good day steemians!

When you are sad, where will you go? When there were many stones in life, what is the perfect place to go. When you are battling life's challenge, who do you want to talk to?

Human, as we are we had encountered varried trials. If you dont know how to manage it, definitely if you will not kill yourself, you will be mentally ill.

But we should not set aside depression, because it is real. And this platform is so perfect because if you dont want to talk to anyone you can write it here. It feels so good to share to strangers because there is no judgement from them.

But remember, GOD is always there to listen us all. Though we had different beliefs but I do believe that in your religion you also had your God that is open arms to hug you whenever you needed most.

I felt so good every sunday. Fellowshiping with our brothers and sisters in Christ made us feel good. We can also hear some motivational and encouragements from the preachers sent by God.

But remember, you can talk to Him anywhere. Even in the four corners of your room. He is just there willing to listen to you. Churches are just instruments where you can hear in your ears His words and encouragements. Talking to them ignites you to stay strong and continue life.

Life is a roller coaster, we must just learn to ride in it and know whom we go to when we needed some encouragements.
