Have you ever felt the need to make a simple meal look more sophisticated? Like you don’t want to waste a lot of time cooking but you want a really healthy, mouthwatering and good looking meal?? Well, Your Favourite Chef got you covered!

Good day to you, here is something you could add to spice up your week’s diet. I will be letting you in on how to make the Tastiest, Colourful and Picture-worthy NOODLES!
Remember I said simple, so this is something you could whip up between 15-30 minutes.

THE KTS NOODLES.

As you already know, I’m a chef in the making, and I run a food business. Since most of my meals are unique in flavour, we customize the names, hence the name, KTS NOODLES.

INGREDIENTS

A pack of noodles(you can use more, I really can’t eat more than one personally)
Turmeric
Medium sized tomato
Onions
Green pepper
Carrot
Spring onions
Cabbage
Pepper
Sweet corn
Sausage
Oil(depends on your choice)
*you can remove anyone you are not comfortable with, these are my preferences.

PREPARATION

•Start off by washing your vegetables.
•Chop your vegetables into preferred sizes.
•Set aside, and heat up 2 cups of water in a pot.
•When it starts boiling, put in your noodles(without the seasoning)

Do not overcook it. 2 minutes in the boiling water is enough.

•Strain the noodles and keep a little of the water strained for later.
•Ensure there is no water in the pot and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
•Add a little turmeric and the onions. Keep stirring to avoid it burning.

You can use a nonstick pot if you have.

•Add the sausages to the mix and a little of the strained water then let cook.
•After 3 minutes, add in the noodles seasoning, vegetables, except the spring onions(that’s for garnishing)
•Then put in the noodles.
•Mix properly then add in the sweet corn and spring onions. Allow to heat for another 2-3minutes.
•Serve your KTS Noodles with protein of choice.
