Hello to all steemians of this community


I hope all of you are in good by the grace of Almighty Allah. Today i going to participate in this week2 season4 engagement Challenge. As i read the contest, it attracted me so much and i decided to write it immediately.After reading this contest and seeing everyone's posts, I also want to participate in this contest. Today I am going to share one of my healthy routine with you, hope you will like it. So let's get started

1)What moves you every day to go out into the world to fulfill your responsibilities?

God created us firstly to worship Him and secondly to procreate by gathering food and surviving. And from here it is understood that immediately after worshiping we have to eat and survive and then we can reproduce. That is why we have to work responsibly. Also we have family affairs, we have to go out whether for family or for ourselves. I don't work outside but do all the housework.Because I think the work done inside the house and the physical work we do through it helps our body to a great extent to keep it healthy and we can count it as exercise.

2)What things do you do or what methods do you use to keep yourself in balance?



One of the most important things I do to keep my body in balance is to eat healthy food. I always try to eat nutritious and healthy food. That's why I always avoid fast food, fried food. My daily routine includes a glass of fresh fruit juice in the morning.Then what I do is exercise . I do some exercise every day, I don't go to any gym, I watch YouTube at home and do some exercise to keep my body fit. And went out for a walk in the afternoon. Then the most important thing is that I do all my housework myself. I do all the household work from morning to night like: washing clothes, cleaning the house, take care of the baby, cooking all by myself. So I don't need any extra exercise. I can keep the balance of my own body right through these activities.

3)Do you feel that there are things you can improve in your routine? mention them


I definitely think adding a few more things to my routine would make my daily routine a little more healthy:-
  • a) The first thing I think about is giving time to my baby. If I could give my daughter a little more time like if I could take her outside to play every day, maybe my routine would be a little better. Because I could feel a natural breeze when I went outside.

  • b) I go to bed very late every night so it would be nice if I could sleep a little earlier.

  • c) I don't like pulses much so want to change this habit.

4)Would you like to add any other routine to your life? What would?



I often miss prayer so if I can prayer daily then both body and mind will be good. And I want to edit the trip a little.

5)Are you satisfied with your current lifestyle or do you think it could improve?



peaking of satisfaction, is not completely satisfied. Some things need to be added and some things need to be improved. I cannot do all my routine tasks in the same way every day. Sometimes it changes. Many times wake up very late, and then the next tasks are not done on time. But the way it's going, I'm very goodgood and fit.

6)Which of the routines you perform would you recommend?



  • We should do some of exercise or any physical activity every day. Drink plenty of water daily. Then we have to go outside, feel the open air, it feels good to meet with friends. Finally, get into the habit of going to bed early and waking up early.



This is how I maintain my fitness by following my healthy routine. We all should follow a healthy routine.

I like how you compartmentalize your housework and apply it to your physical exercise. It is not something common.
For you to like legumes, you must find a way to prepare them that is to your liking. I didn't like them either until I found a way to prepare them and like them.
