Existe una canción muy famosa en Venezuela que dice: Cada región tiene sus cosas sabrosas…. Y justamente de esto se trata el concurso que les traemos a continuación.

Es posible que alguna persona odie la música, que no se vista a la moda y que no esté atento ni valore las costumbres y tradiciones de su región de origen. Pero lo que no puede dejar de hacer es comer. Todos los seres humanos disfrutamos de este don maravilloso y en cada zona geográfica hay cadencias, sabores, matices, preparaciones, recetas y distintas formas de saborear, degustar y presentar los alimentos que ponemos en nuestras mesas.

El deleite es una conducta aprendida. Lo que es rico y delicioso para Pablo, es posible que sea repulsivo para Pedro. El gusto es algo relativo y cualitativo, lo que para algunas personas representa una exquisitez, para la gente al otro lado del mundo, del país o de la esquina; puede que sea asqueroso y lo rechacen.

Por esta razón traemos en esta ocasión el primer concurso de comidas tradicionales. Nos gustaría ver tus costumbres y usos culinarios, ¿Qué comen en tu casa, barrio, estado o país? ¿Qué les hace tan representativo? ¿Cómo lo preparan? ¿Qué diferencia hay entre las preparaciones similares de tus vecinos?

Queremos crecer con el conocimiento que tienes para darnos, muéstranos tus fotos de preparación y de degustación solo o en compañía de los seres queridos. Háblanos un poquito de la historia detrás de ese plato, que no necesariamente debe ser su origen inherente, sino que también puede ser tu historia personal con este platillo. Ojo, no te limites con platos de tu propia región, puedes hablarnos de platos tradicionales de otras zonas siempre y cuando nos cuentes algo al respecto.
