There is no alternative to the Internet now a day. During the Corona epidemic, it has become more closely connected with our lives. We cannot imagine a single day without the Internet.
We all more or less know what the internet is but still, I am giving a small idea. Just like a fishing net is a thread connected to another thread, the Internet connects one computer to another computer like a net, so it is called the Internet. The internet is my best ally or I may say it is my best assistant in my day-to-day life. My uses of the internet are:
Since I live a bit far from the city, I have to rely on online for a lot of things. Like books, clothes, cosmetic items, medicine, dry food, and many things I need to use the internet.
Also while teaching my child there are many things for which I have to collect information from the internet.
I love to read books and it is not always possible for me to buy books in the city so most of the time I use the internet to read various journals, novels, etc.
With the help of the Internet, I keep in touch with my family members through video and audio calls on Facebook, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
I also use the internet as my earning source. As I am writing today's post here on Steemit I have to take help from the internet. And I am also trying to establish myself as a content writer through the Internet.
My husband and I like to travel whenever we have time, in that case, we have to take the help of Google Maps which is not possible without the internet.
Since what age did you start using the Internet? How much do you use it every day? |

I have been using the internet since 2004 when I was an honors student. I use the internet for 8 to 9 hours daily. It is not possible for me to say exactly how much time I spend on any media. But it can be said that I spend the most time on Steemit.

This best ally, the internet, also has some harmful aspects.
Excessive internet usage creates an addiction to people's electronic devices, which makes them antisocial. It also destroys his family and social life. Also, many people can get involved in unethical things like hacking, porn site addiction, cybercrime, etc. through the internet.
Many are being fooled by social media and losing their name and fame at the same time.

So we have to be careful in using the internet, we will accept the good aspects of the internet and we will prevent ourselves and family members from its bad aspects.
The use of the internet has brought many changes in my life. I discovered many new ways to use the internet, especially during my stay at home due to Corona.
I like hand painting and have a business page on Facebook. I have learned a lot about it from YouTube. I have learned many new aspects of painting by watching many tutorials. I have managed to master this subject by taking some online courses.
Instead of wasting time outside shopping, I do various purchases at home, which save my time and reduce my manual labor.
Communication with relatives has become much easier due to the Internet, which has reduced my distance from them. I am able to share their joys and pains thereby strengthening my position socially.
I feed my family members by making several new dishes for my family by watching YouTube. They love these new foods very much. As a result, my relationship with my family members has become better.

Finally, everything has its pros and cons. Now it depends on me whether I take the good side or the bad side. However, we must keep a watchful eye on the use of the Internet by children until they know what is right and what is wrong.
So I can say the internet is my closest friend and most useful friend. It is accompanying me in every step of my life. It's really my best ally.

I think in a way it kept us all sane.
It was also during the lockdown period that I started to use the internet to its fullest.

Thank you dear for your sweet words. My husband and I suffered from covid. My husband had to be hospitalized. We are fit now.
I am really grateful to you that you remember my FB page. But now I am working in a special child school that's why I couldn't manage time to work on my favorite painting.

I also had Covid but luckily I could treat myself at home.
