Actsofkindness : Distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) to the Underprivileged
The recipient of Mrs. Saudah's house in Blang Village
Today is a meaningful day, because I had the opportunity to witness and participate in the distribution of direct cash assistance (BLT) to the underprivileged in our village. This activity was carried out by a team consisting of several elements of society, including village officials, village treasurers and accompanied by village assistants to ensure the smooth running of the distribution process. The distribution of BLT aims to help ease the economic burden of the underprivileged, especially in difficult times like now. The funds are given directly to people who have been registered according to the previously determined criteria. Since morning we have gathered at the village hall to prepare documents and funds to be distributed.

the distribution process was not only carried out at the village hall, but the team also visited the recipients' homes directly. This was done to ensure that the aid was right on target and could be received by those who really needed it. We visited each resident's home one by one, bringing the recipient data and the funds that had been prepared.
Seeing the conditions of the recipients of aid firsthand provided valuable lessons. Some of them were elderly parents who lived simply, while others were families with many dependents. They greeted us with smiles full of emotion and gratitude. Not infrequently, warm conversations took place in between the distribution of aid.

village facilitators who participated in this activity ensured that all processes ran according to procedure. They monitored every step so that the assistance provided was properly recorded and no errors occurred. Village officials and village treasurers also worked hard to ensure transparency and accuracy in the distribution of funds.
This activity taught us the importance of social solidarity and concern for others. Assistance that may seem small in the eyes of some people, actually has a big impact on the lives of underprivileged people. At the end of the activity there was a sense of relief and satisfaction because they had helped those in need, even though it was only through small steps like this.
Mr. Ridwan from Blang Village
Today is not only about handing over funds, but also about strengthening the relationship between the community and the village government. Activities like this are a reminder that mutual cooperation and concern are the keys to building a better village. I returned home with a warm heart, bringing valuable experiences and deep gratitude.
