May is the month of fruit season, this month in the tropics is the season of mango, of all types of mangoes in this Mai there are lots of fruit. Mango fruit, can be said to be a typical seasonal fruit, in our daily life mango fruit is very much found in various tropical areas, namely Aceh.

Mango is my favorite fruit of all time, it's not just me who likes mangoes, kids and all ages love mangoes. Among other things, pregnant women also really like mangoes as a booster for their fetuses.

Basically, mango is a fruit that is commonly found in various regions, however mango is a seasonal fruit in all regions. Mango is a fruit that is beneficial for health. Therefore, I myself have a hybrid mango tree in my yard. During the mango season, I always consume it every day, with a very delicious taste.

As a favorite food, I use mangoes as a snack and also make mango juice, as a source of vitamin C, even though it tastes a little acidic but the protein is quite high, unlike mangoes that are sold in the market, they are preserved so they ripen quickly.

The function of vitamin C is to improve digestion, it also helps burn fat in our body. Vitamin C also functions as a healthy eye which can maintain the stability of our eye power.

Besides that, mangoes are good enough for health, every day we always work and sweat. Glucose contained in our body can be digested for blood circulation and sweat a lot, and that is a sign that our body is healthy.

Vitamin C deficient muscle fibers can be stabilized thanks to the presence of vitamin C from mangoes. Everyone always consumes various types of fruit for the health of the body, in addition to healing, they can also be full. 😀

Calories

Mangoes have good calories which are needed by our body daily. Folic acid is needed to lose weight as a fat burner, the calories contained in mangoes are very balanced with the amount of nutrients our bodies need.

Most of the people who are obese very often consume mangoes, as a weight loss, natural diet drug is in the mango fruit.
