Do you have animal husbandry in your country? What kind of animals are seen to be more?

Yes animal husbandry is very common in my country. People raise various animals like cows goats sheep and chickens. Among these cows and goats are especially popular because they provide milk which is a daily need for most households. Chickens are also raised widely because eggs are a staple in many diets. Animal husbandry here not only supports families by providing food but also plays a key role in the economy.

Which animal is more profitable to raise? Give your reasoning?

In my opinion raising cows is one of the most profitable options in my country. This is because cows provide multiple products such as milk butter and meat. Milk is in high demand and dairy products have a good market. Additionally cows produce calves which can be raised or sold adding another source of income. For these reasons cows are an excellent choice for profitable animal husbandry.

What methods will you adopt to be profitable in animal husbandry? Write at least five.

To make animal husbandry profitable i would focus on the following methods:

Quality Breeding:
Selecting healthy and strong animals for breedings can improved the qualitys of livestock leadings to better milk or meat production.

Balanced Nutrition:
Providing a nutritious diets helps animals grows strong and stay healthy increasing their productivity.

Regular Health Checkups:
Keeping animals healthy through vaccinations and veterinary checkups prevents disease which could otherwise cause financial losses.

Efficient Waste Management:
Using animal waste as fertilizer can benefit crop farming which can reduce costs and improve profits.

Market Research:
Understanding current market trends and customer demands helps in selling products at the right time and price increasing profits.

How do you think animal housing should be?

For the animals’ comfort and health their housing should be clean spacious and well ventilated. Animals should have enough room to move freely which reduces stress and promotes better health. Proper drainage is also important to keep the area dry preventing infections and diseases. In addition shade and protection from extreme weather are essential for their comfort.
