"Protected animals in my country....(Bangladesh)"

in Steem of Animalsyesterday

Steemian Friends,
Today, I will participate in a nice contest organized by the Steem of Animals community. The name of the contest is Contest: Protected animals in my country part 15. Hopefully, everyone will like my writing.

Macaw bird:

Macaw birds are very rare in our country. Macaw birds are animals of North and South America. We have seen this species of macaw bird in safari parks in our country. Birds are on the way to extinction from the world. Animals of this species are not seen in our country. I went to the safari park and saw this species for the first time. Their lips are very sharp.

My selfie with the macaw bird

I managed to take a selfie with the macaw bird. Our country's safari parks preserve wild animals. I collected tickets and entered the wildlife sanctuary. I have seen a few species of macaw birds. They like to eat nuts. Macaws make loud noises.

Ostriches:

My cell phone picture shows an ostrich. I took the picture while visiting our country's wildlife conservation safari park, which has a huge area and is home to many ostriches. Various species of animals are preserved in the safari park, including many almost extinct animals. Flood animals are released in the park without cages.

Ostriches are the largest birds. They cannot fly but can run a lot. Ostriches were first seen on the African continent. Today, they can be found in different countries of the world. Ostriches are on the verge of extinction due to their consumption of meat. Some poachers collect ostrich meat from the forest. Camels are seen in our country's forests and zoos, but the number of ostriches in our country is very low.

Stork:

You can see a white stork in my picture. There are different species of cranes. In our country, we call cranes as guest birds. Cranes visit our country for some time. Storks migrate from northern Europe to Finland. The breeding season comes once a year in our country. These birds do not live permanently in our country. I photographed a white stork while walking around the safari park.

The bird comes to the Indian subcontinent during summer. Cranes are slightly larger than other birds. Some people in our country try to catch cranes from water bodies. Cranes come and nest in the Haor region of our country. Wildlife poachers capture birds in various ways and sell the meat. When the breeding season is over, the storks fly back to Europe.

Wildlife Conservation Act:
The Wildlife Conservation Act in our country provides imprisonment for two to seven years on initial conviction. A second offence carries a prison term of up to twelve years. Apart from this, there is a provision for imprisonment and a monetary penalty for wildlife poachers. I think enforcement of the Wildlife Conservation Act is very important. Many animals in our country are on the verge of extinction. Deforestation and harvesting of wild animals from forests are making them extinct today.

¡Holaaa amigo!🤗
