At first glance it looks very charming and beautiful. But make no mistake, this animal is the enemy of farmers. The stink bug is an animal that is a pest for cultivated plants such as rice.
This animal is often seen in rice fields, especially during the rice planting season. One of the characteristics of the stink bug is its greenish color and its ability to camouflage very well.
This animal also has a weapon to defend itself. The pungent odor emitted from its body can make other animals stay away and not be interested in preying on it.
Usually this animal will emit its body odor when it feels threatened. For example, when we accidentally touch its body, the stink bug will react by emitting an unpleasant odor.
The main food of this animal is the liquid in rice grains. However, besides that, this animal also sucks the liquid from the flowers of various types of plants.
