Hi Steemians, How are you today? I believe you all are fine as I am. I am here to show my participation in the ||Contest|| "My Art My Creativity Week 25. Today, I have drawn a white baby goat, also known as a kid. I appreciate the Steem of Animals for this opportunity, and I also thank the activist moderator of this community, @shahariar1, for organising the contest. Now my presentation.

A goat is a domestic animal that is kept for milk and meat purposes. It is a ruminant animal, meaning it has four components in its stomach, and it also has a curving horn. The male goats have beards. Goats come in many colours: some are completely black, some are completely white, some are completely brown and some come with a mixture of two or three of the colours mentioned.

Feeding
Goats feed on:

  • Grasses
  • Weedy plants
  • Shrubs
  • Tree leaves
  • Grains

Facts about goats

  • Goats were one of the first animals to be tamed or domesticated by humans
  • A good number of people eat the meat.
  • There are over 210 breeds of goat.

  • Baby goat is called a kid
  • They communicate by bleating
  • Goats can be trained

Materials Uses For Drawing

  • Plain A4 paper
  • Pencils
  • Eraser
  • Sharpener

Step 1
I began by writing my name on the plain sheet. After that, I sketched the head of the goat. On the head, I sketched the two ears, mouth, nose and eye.

Step 2
I sketched the remaining parts of the goat. That is the body of the goat and its legs. As can be seen, the goat lay on its stomach and folded its neck one-sided.

Step 3
I shaded the background of the drawing black using a 10B pencil

Step 4
At this stage, I did all the finishing touches on the goat. I shaded the eyes, the mouth and nostrils of the goat. I clearly shaded the two ears of the goat, the face and its legs as well as the cloven hoof (foot).

Step 5
As I concluded the drawing, I shaded the ground on which the goat was lying.
