Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this Steemit Engagement Challenge season 14 Week 3 in this Steem of Animals Community. The topic of this challenge is "Little concern for street animals." So let's start the task.
The cause of the prevalence of street animals. |

Yes as we can see around us the street animals are increasing day by especially cats and dogs and they are found everywhere such as cats in houses, streets, on roads and around the shop of a butcher. There are many factors behind the prevalence of these animals and the prevalence of street animals are the combination of both human and environmental factors. These factors are their abundance, lack of animal care activists and government Policies regarding the control of street animals.
As we all know that the street animals are increasing day by day and it becomes difficult to control a large number of animals at the same time. So that is why they are increasing day by day by breeding abundantly.
Yes there are very few people who actively take a part to provide shelter and Extensive care to the street animals due to lack of funds and facilities. So due to this their numbers are increasing day by day.
The government is also very lazy regarding animal care especially street animals. They don't issue any specific funds to the animal care activists so due to this they are unable to take a part for the care of these animals.
Challenges and obstacles in handling street animals |

Well! There are many challenges and obstacles regarding handling street animals. Lack of public awareness and knowledge about the care of street animals is a major challenge to handle a large number of animals. People especially in Asian countries like Pakistan, India and Bangladesh etc don't pay any serious attention to the street animals. Due to this they don't pay any serious attention to these animals and remain busy in their daily activities.
One of the other major challenge in handling street animals is lack of proper funding, proper place after capturing and keeping them. Yes it a very difficult to find a proper place to keep these animals. So due to all these challenge the people fails to capture, keep and rehabilitate the street animals at any proper place. According to me when the people get more awareness regarding animal care they will take an active part in providing them proper care.

Yes there are many negative impacts of street animals on environment and society as well. First of all these animals roam around the streets and on the roads which spread pollution and cause health problems. Usually they get most of the food from dustbins and garbage and thus they add more pollution to the environment. More ever the aggressive animals like dogs and cats may bite any random person and can spread fear among people. Thus they get anyone injured after biting them.
Many of street animals like dogs carry dangerous diseases like rabies which may spread to the people and can cause serious health problems. Many of street animals prey on other animals and thus they are danger for other species. So that all was about the negative impacts of street animals on environment and society as well.

Yes several times in my life I have provide care to the street animals like cats and dogs but I don't have any specific picture regarding these actions. I still remembered that a few months ago some naughty boys of my village was capturing a small puppy and tied it with a rope. They tied his neck with a rope very tightly and when I saw I realized that puppy may die to this. After this I got that puppy from them, cut the roop from his neck and set him free. But unfortunately I don't have any pic of that incident.

Animals needs our care and attention, they need our love and time because they also have emotions. Abandonment from humans are the reason for animal prevalence. These animals are brought in as pets and when they start increasing in number, they are been sent out to the streets because the owner can no longer take care of them. Once these street animals are brought in, they should be properly taken care of to avoid spread of diseases or infections. You did good by rescuing that little puppy from the bad boys.

How can I forget to talk about rabies in my post, it is certainly one of the most common and dangerous diseases in dogs, the topic of animals, the environment and public health is quite strong, everywhere you look at it, new things come out.

The street animals unfortunately no recognized by society they mostly neglected,they stray animals faced hardships for searching food and shelter just because of no owner of thses animals some were born on street and died at street,it's so sad ,they living creature need love and care form humans.
The collective struggle and awareness develop in kids and adults to sterilized and vaccinated ya d adopt as a pet and give shelter and food .
