"The Weather Condition in My Locality(your country)and How I'm Preparing For a Possible Disaster."
This period is always known with how it frustrates and deny people their daily freedom, people may plan an event but it won't hold again due to everyday rain. People always show their dissatisfaction regarding the incident but who are you to question God?, most of the inconveniences caused by this comes with some challenge. Let me tell us about the weather conditions in my locality using the contest hint.
What is the weather condition in your locality and how does it affect people's activities? |

The situation report of today's weather is so bad here in my locality, it has been raining every blessed day starting from Saturday last week till this thursday as at the time of filling this report. Our streets are filled with water that has worsened the condition of our street roads which movements now is more stressful for common man who can't afford to pay for okada ride.
Both distributors/suppliers finds it difficult to reach out to each other, even employers and employees can't go to their offices and shops some of this days due to excess downpour.
Entrance to some people's working place is not accessible as water cover everywhere, there's low turn up on daily activities and access to some areas are limited. Businesses in some of these places die a natural deaths till further notice.
Commercial motorcycle riders (okada people) and commercial motorists has now add more problem to existing ones with increment on their service, although is not their fault because excess water cause a lot of damages their vehicles according to their claim..

Yeah,the possibilities of causing disaster is very high, most times we Wake up with a friendly weather but with a blink of an eye the weather will change immediately and it will result to an unexpected heavy downpour.
People always fail to prepare for this because they were tricked with how bright the weather present itself to them in the early hours of the day like an innocent person. Whenever it occurs this way many might not see their way home most especially those living in riverine/swamped area as there Will be water everywhere.
For many years now i believe that every year starting from mid-july to September ending there is always unexpected rainfall so before going out i go with an umbrella or i take anything that could be damage inside to avoid Lost.I also prepare by going around with things like raincoat, rainboat and many more.

This period usually comes with a lot of problems. It's even worse because not all roads have gutters, especially tarred paths downtown. Those that are tarred may have huge potholes that restrict the easy flow of water.
2 of my course mates lost all their documents and properties to the heavy rainfall that flooded their homes last month.
Hopefully, these wreckage would be curtailed when adequate structures are erected.
Eyaa, sorry to hear about the your course mate who lost their properties to flood. What caused is corruptions, because if someone is giving a contract to supervise or to deliver it the person will try as much as he/she could to steal the money and forget about the contract which was his primary assignment.
That's why things are not standard and we always face all this challenges.
Those wreckages can't be curtail because the money to raise the standard structure has been shared among them and they abandoned the project. Thanks for reading and finding my post worthy of your time. One love 💙🌹✌️

I wonder if we can ever be fully prepared for natural disasters.
Just last night, we were watching the news about the floods in Libya. They expect that there will be more than 20,000 deaths. It is heartbreaking.
