Schools in Ilorin Kwara State Nigeria

Hello everyone, It's another beautiful day for me to be here in this noble community, and for today I will be sharing my entry on a school in my city via my town in a picture contest organized by Ma'am @goodybest.

Muhyideen College of Education has been one of the oldest schools in Ilorin and it is located on old Hanna Road in the sango area of Kulende Ilorin Kwara State. The school has different sections which combine primary,secondary school and the college of education, Based on my knowledge I found out that the school has been in existence for more than 80 years but up till now the school is still strong and they have a lot of students.

Most of the students attending the school are Muslim students but even Christians do attend the school as well. Their motto is knowledge is everybody's right.

This is another school in my area and according to the people they said is one of the best in Kulende, the school is owned by Mr. Dudorenki and it was established on the 16th of July 2013. Also, it is located at number 4, Off Okejapa Street Kulende Sang Alaparun area, Ilorin South Kwara state.

The school has different sections, starting from the creche, primary and secondary school, it is one of the fastest-growing schools in my area, with a population of 1500 pupils and 25 teachers aside from the nonacademic staff such as the admin, cleaner, bursary, and security. Starting school fees are 30,000 naira. The school has both government and private school association licenses to operate.

Government Day Secondary School is one of the oldest schools located in kulende iloring Kwara state it has been in existence since 1997, and the school is still functioning to date, even though the school is having small challenges with some of the buildings, the government has not renovated the school for long and they don't have school gate, the school is just in an open area where one can go in and come out without passing through any security.

But they are still hoping that the movement will come to their aid and fence the school for them. Their motto is Education is light.

Police Children School is located off Agunbiade street Sango Ilorin Kwara state and it was established by the federal government in the year 1993 so that the children of the military personnel in the barrack can attend the school but is not only restricted for the people in the barrack others are allowed to attend the school as well. The school has the primary and the secondary sections, alongside good and quality teachers.

One of the advantages of the school is that it will give a student who is interested in police work to gain admission into their university and after graduating they are offered an automatic job to serve the nation. Their motto is Knowledge through discipline.

Chris the Redeemer Secondary School is a church school owned by the Redeemed Christian church of God, the school is located at no old Jebba Road Sango Ilorin Kwara State, the school has different branches in Ilorin but this particular was established in 20015 by the church official, it is among the best schools and they always produce good student.

The school also has good and high-quality teachers who are doing their best to ensure that students get the best knowledge they can get. Their motto is excellent knowledge and wisdom.
