Hello friends I am delighted to be here and also partake in this week food challenges.
Here I am going to write on how to prepare a very delicious meal that is not real common in this part but very delicious and nutritious. The name of my meal is PLANTAIN FRYTATA It is a good meal that one can take as breakfast or dinner. Is a very light food expecialy those that want to lose weight. I learnt this meal from my mother last year so I decided to show you all on how to go about it. In this meal all the classes of food is complete.
The ingredients I use are

Firstly I wash my plantain very well with the peel to avoid sand .
After washing it I now peel it and slice it round.
Then put my frying pan on fire and make it dry without water after that I put my vegetable oil to the quantity I want then heat it to be very hot then put my slice plantain and fry it to become brown.
After frying I slice my green pea, fresh tomatoes, onions and carrot in cubes.
After slicing them I put my pot on fire then fry the vegetable with my vegetable oil.
And after that I turn it into a bowel then break my egg and beat it to mixed together then added my cubes and salt, mix it very
After that I put on a dry pot again then add oil allowed it to heat very well then pour my mix vegetable and egg after that I place my fry plantains spread it round the mixture then allowed it to heat very well then bring it down and my plantain FRYTATA is ready to consume.
CONCLUSION
I am so happy for this food challenge because I am now eating some sweet food and it's also help me to learn more about food.
