Good evening my lovely kids and kids lovers hopefully all of us are doing well, I am happy to participate in this interesting contest that is organizing by @steemkidss Community and my thanks and appreciation goes to them.

INTRODUCTION:

juvenile delinquency always as been considered as a social problem and also a legal problem sometimes as a psychological problem hence juvenile delinquency can be avoided by being tackled complex problem from the social psychological to family angles. Although there is a law regarding juvenile delinquency long ago and they are some changes from time to time,recently in all the progressive &some civilized countries around the world the law regarding juvenile delinquency have been changed.

DEFINITION OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

Juvenile delinquency can be defined as a crime committed by children and also adolescent that are between the age of 7-18years(the meaning of juvenile delinquency comes from one country to another and its often below the age of 18 years which is statutory age for juvenile delinquency for example in India any child between the age of 8-18years who violated the provision made for children. the CPO and IPC will see it as juvenile delinquency and anyone above the age will be considered as a criminal)

Juvenile delinquency can also be defined as the behavior of youths that is under 18years of age which is not acceptable to the society and also regards as acts calling for a kind of punishment or corrective actions.it is a social evil or behavior committed by boys or girls that are below 18years which is not punishable by death or imprisonment

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF FORM

Individual juvenile delinquency

this is a type of juvenile delinquency In which only one person is involved commiting a delinquent act.

Group supported delinquency:

this is a type of juvenile delinquency that is committed I companionship with others.

Organized juvenile delinquency:

This is a form of delinquency that is committed by an organised group

Situational juvenile delinquency

Others are:

Assult or Violent Crime:

This is when a ones confidently and fearlessly assult someone who is defenselessly. For example if they bully another student at school,beat them, and also if they can't stand others disagreeing with them.force rape, murder.

Illegal Purchases of something and property crime:

This is when a child illegally buy alcohol, drugs and also smoke cigarettes especially those children that have delinquency tendency. They start aiming things that Will get them into trouble such as robbing stores and stealing cars.

CAUSES OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY:

Families related issues
This includes lack of parents, single parent family, broken family because of parents frequent fight or otherwise, parents who are criminals and seperated families.
this is one of the risks factors such as economic and social factors, for example many Young's ones abandon or left by their parents for grandparents or caregiver , and this sometimes is difficult to pay attention or to supervise these children or they do not live in a favorable environment.

Provoking by others crime or immitation
Most Children like to succumb to peer pressure, they are prone to be affected by other youths behavior.

Homeless or Street Children
Children who lives on the street are considered to be one of the risk causes of delinquency because of poor economic and social conditions.

Lack of Good Communication
Children can fine solace outside if there is no good communication in the family.
So children can show signs of juveniles delinquency if only they are disturb at home and they do not commutate with their parents at home. They may lose trust, unity and understanding and then might do what they shouldnt do.

Lack of Finance, Social and Morals Training

Parents should teach their children different between right and wrong, teach them ethical and morals value , lack of these may cause a child to become violent and also arrogant.

What are the Consequences of Juvenile Delinquency:

So many families, society and youths suffer the consequences of juvenile delinquency and these are:

• lost of life

• economic and psychological burdens

• lost of properties

• sanction

• punishment

Are the Kids in my Area Involved in Juvenile Delinquency?

My answer is affirmative YES
I can remember that in the year 2019, two kids in my compound stole money from their Aunty, so when their Ain't called a police the rain away from Akwa Ibom state to Cross River State where they do not have where to live and none of their relatives do not know thier where about.
Not only these one, there are so many violent and killings in schools every year, kids were killing other kids.it happened last in west itam secondary School last year and again it happened last three weeks in Aka community secondary School uyo.

CONCLUSION:

Juvenile Delinquency is one of the main problem that destroy families, our society life and property nowadays ,because of the nature of violent committed by juvenile parents, and kids.well wishers are worried or disturb about how the future will be.
Crime that are associated with juvenile delinquency are raping, stealing, drugs abuse,bulgary, bullying and disobedience.
