As a Christian; kindness is one of the fruits of the spirit as recorded in the book of Galatians 5:22-23.
Which says:

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

My emphasis is on "kindness", not everyone has this attribute.
And what does to be kind entails?
It means having human sympathy
Showing concern for others
Rendering a helping hand
Putting the needs of others before yours.

I'm sorry to say that in my country Nigeria, this fruit is really lacking especially among our leaders.
Okay for starters, let me burst your bubbles,
A liter of fuel in my state currently is 1,700naria approximately that is 6 steem. And I ask; who did we offend? The masses are crying and wailing but no one is hearing us, but I know the Almighty will come through for us soon because of His elects.

Kindness can be hereditary or we can learn the act of kindness also and make it become part of our lives.
Note: showing kindness to someone does not necessarily means giving that person money; we can show kindness in so many ways.

And again my bible make me to understand that, there's much joy in giving than in receiving.

So let's make kindness our emblem by impacting and touching lives in our little corners, so that the world can be a better place for us to live.
