What is the correct sentence? – Mini contest #12
Hi everyone, welcome to my blog. It is another week of "what is the correct sentence"?. Yeah! It is scrambled o'clock organizing or hosting by @patjewell and feature by yours truly @tripple-e.
The day begun with the rising of the sun 🌞, it was a beautiful Saturday morning in the city of Uyo; a weekend, where people are meant to rest from the stress of working from Monday to Friday but then I ask "do they really take a break to rest", especially "mothers" who will do the house chores, who will takes care of the laundry, or carter for the children; their homework, feeding them, bathing them and listening to their numerous complaints.
Some proceeds to the market either to buy or to sell just to see to the wellbeing of her family; coming back she started preparing the meal, little Gracy was crying wanted mummy to carry her, and at the same time Junior was complaining of headache also seeking for mummy's attention.
And if you are a mother you don't have the gift of multitasking you are done for 😀.
After finishing the cooking, she fed little Gracy and Junior, pet them and make them to sleep.
Then she remembers that laundry is yet to be done. She quickly put on the washing machine, slot in some dirty clothes; then take them out to the washing line to dry.
Came back decides to take care herself and to rest a bit; but before she could realize how much time was spent; the evening was fast approaching. Then;
The setting sun painted the sky with hues of orange and pink slowly.
Showcasing the beautiful of nature through displaying of colours such as orange and pink and the transition was a gradual process.
Then she remembered that she had clothes outside on the washing line; she stepped out to get them only to be surprised by the presence of her husband Mr Joe stood at the door about to knock; who just returned from a business trip.
She was excited to see him and she welcome him back.
Then the shout of daddy! daddy! daddy! made her knew that her people were awake. But then she heaves a sign of relief knowing that "two hands or head are better than one".
Then I say;
Mothers take your flowers

The sun can indeed paint the sky with pink and orange.
A picture I think we often miss as we are so busy.
Thank you for taking part with this lovely post.
