It's time to unscramble, but before I start, let me say a thank you to our grandma @patjewell.

Yeah there was a winner for last week in the person of @mariez, this user went home with 12 steem and I wish she made a post, that would have given her 24 steem; that was huge. Congratulations once again.
Anyways I'm happy for her as I'm next in line for a miracle 😀😀.

You know owning and operating a company is one thing and being able to employ good hands and professionals is another thing.
Having good drive force and team mates is a blessing you should not be taking for granted; because they are the ones who would take your company to the greater heights.

Sometimes I see how businesses or companies owners treat their staff with so much disdain and disregard; simply because "time happened to them" that made them to be where they are and having the privilege to have people work for them.
I say this very convincingly because I have been a victim of how my employer(a woman) made me feel less of a human being, not only me though but all her staff.
Not that she even paid well, chicken change my darlings but this woman made life so unbearable for everyone; no good working environment; very toxic that within a year 7 of her staff resigned which I was one of them.

I left without prior notice nor resignation letter; who cares. Please my mental health was very important to me😀.

For crying out loud; these are the people who help build your brand and increase your profitability, sacrifice their time, energy and sometimes the infuse their own vision into making yours work.

I know you may say; you pay them for the services rendered and the experiences they will gather. Yeah you are absolutely right but if your money have hands and legs that would be nice but if your money can not exercise the "human power and duties", please treat your employees well; because the safety of your business or company lies in their hands.
I think "a word they say is enough for the wise".

Because when you treat us well:-

"We will significantly increase profitability and drive higher efficiency through optimizing our processes"
