What are the terrestrial geospheres?

Terrestrial geospheres are the Earth's atmospheric layers that extend from the surface to about an altitude of about 8 km. The atmosphere thins and becomes less dense as one goes up, until it disappears at an altitude of about 20 km. The terrestrial geosphere is made of gases, dust, rocks and minerals . The gases are mainly nitrogen, oxygen and argon. The dust is made of small rocks and minerals. The rocks include granite, basalt, limestone and sandstone. The minerals include quartz, feldspar, mica and diamonds. Planet earth has four terrestrial geosphere that are the lithosphere, atmosphere, biosphere and hydrosphere.

What is the atmosphere and how is it divided?

The air is the layer of gas that encompasses Earth. It is many times called air. The air comprises of a few distinct gases. The gases are held near Earth by a power called gravity. Close to Earth's surface, the environment is around three-fourths nitrogen and one-fifth oxygen. At higher rises, the environment is generally hydrogen and helium.

Atmosphere is divided into three layers that are namely ionos[here, stratosphere and the troposphere

So the brief explanation of each of them goes like

Ionosphere:

It is the furthest and most noteworthy piece of the Environment (somewhere in the range of 50 and 400 km high) that gets the best sun oriented radiation. The ionosphere is an extremely dynamic piece of the climate, and it develops and contracts relying upon the energy it retains from the Sun.

Stratosphere:

It is the layer situated somewhere in the range of 10 and 50 km high, and in it is the ozone layer that channels bright beams. The stratosphere is the second layer of our air, over the lower atmosphere. The lower part of the stratosphere goes all over, the manner in which a wave on the sea rolls, contingent upon where in the world you and season it is.

Troposphere:

It is that layer situated in the initial 10 km of range from the world's surface. It contains the oxygen that is essential for life in the world. The lower atmosphere is somewhere in the range of 5 and 9 miles (8 and 14 kilometers) thick relying upon where you are on The planet. This layer has the air we inhale and the mists overhead. The air is densest in this least layer.

In your own words, explain what the lithosphere and hydrosphere are.

The lithosphere is the strong and inflexible external layer of our planet. It incorporates the outside and part of the upper mantle that contains inflexible rocks. While the hydrosphere is the aggregate sum of water on a planet.

The hydrosphere is made up of the water that is on the outer layer of the planet(in the form of rivers and lakes), underground(wells), and in the air(rain and suspended particles that makes the enviorment humid). A planet's hydrosphere can be fluid, fume, or ice. On The planet, fluid water exists on a superficial level as seas, lakes and streams.

What do you think is the importance of the biosphere?

Biosphere saves add to the locale's natural, monetary, and social maintainability. They give reasonable answers for settling land use questions and defending organic variety. For organic entities to get by on the planet, different ecological circumstances should exist, like great temperature and dampness. The organic entities likewise require energy and supplements. Every one of the mineral and creature supplements important to maintain life are tracked down in the World's biosphere. The living parts of the biosphere, otherwise called the biota, assumes a fundamental part in giving us the natural substance we really want to get by: food, fuel, and fiber.

I hope my dear friends and the professor would like my post and give their kind remarks. Thankyou for the support

Hello dear student! Thank you for participating in Earth Science Lesson 6. Your explanation is very good and complete. You answered the four questions very well, there is only a small detail in the first question where you say "the terrestrial Geospheres are the atmospheric layers of the Earth", which is not correct because the geospheres encompass the 4 layers explained in class (atmosphere, lithosphere, hydrosphere and biosphere). However, you pointed it out very well at the end of that first answer.

I see that in the verification of your publication, you did not carry out 100% original work, which is extremely important on the platform. I invite you to take this into account next time. For everyone else very well, congratulations and success!
