Thank you for this funny story from your childhood, it is the first experience when we learn what means to be responsible for the tasks. I can imagine that you were excited to be a class Rep and of course, as everything we learn on our mistakes. Often it is good to have such situation when we are young then we learn and do not repeat them later on.

Obviously you because more responsible to yourself and the tasks you are given. I am pretty sure that you always recall this situation even now when you are grown up :)
