I am so much grateful to being here again. I love that there are many challenges taking place this week and even though we have school and are very limited in other activities, I hope I can catch up. Today, my mum and I went to the market as it is the market day. I did not go to school because I had a paining stomach.

After taking medicine, I feel better. We bought tomatoes, beans, green pepper,and cabbages.

Yesterday morning, she came to pay the balance on the schools fees arrears and she found when we were finishing break time. The school compound was almost empty with baby class being among the last to got to class.

In my school, we are over 12, 000 students since it is a government aided school and in one class there are like 230 students. We are very many students and so we are crowded and mum Is afraid we may catch the disease. But my stomach was paining because yesterday I ate peanut butter and yet I am allergic to it. My friend brought it as school and I was very hungry so I decided to eat while hoping it would not affect me as much. I slept badly! The pain was sharp and was persisting on me till when they gave me some tablets in the morning.

An allergy according to google dictionary is

a damaging immune response by the body to a substance, especially a particular food, pollen, fur, or dust, to which it has become hypersensitive.

When your body's normal function is interrupted by a substance, it can react to show that there is something wrong. I am allergic to peanut, and iron tablets that make my eyes turn red.

My dad is allergic to cholesterol especially in milk. So he never consumes milk. He also doesn't eat pork. Not for religious belief but because it makes him start swelling or to puff up. What are your allergies and how do you avoid them in your everyday life?
