My Pictures, My Memories Contest WK #04 👉My Picture Album Is Safe With Steem.

INTRODUCTION

Pictures brings memories of the past and everyone wants to have memories of the past that's why photographers make money alot. Maybe I should leave barbing for photography 😂 Just kidding

Glad am participating in this contest today, which have been participating in the last 3 weeks but anyway is a thing of the past.

Describe the event that the pictures represent, include why the picture is so special to you.

First Photo

Back then in those days when I was still in high school, I was always going to church on Friday evenings. One day I was in the church compound with my friends waiting for the evening mass to start when one other guy came and joined the discussion.

We all exclaimed because he was putting on the same outfit as me, the guy asked me why I copied him and her jokingly asked him the same question. We laughed and continued our discussion until one of us brought an idea that we should snap random pictures, we were four in number.

The picture I shared above was taken by my friend Chukwuma, he took the photo shot with his Tecno spark 7 phone and edited it before he sent it to the both of us.

Second Photo

Early this year I managed to wear native to church after staying for 3 years without putting on a native. My parents were always saying that they don't have money to sew native for me that I should manage any clothes I have. This continued until my father finally dash me one of his tight native.

I was happy and I didn't wear until 4 months later because I need to wear it with singlet. I always wear round collar white polo as my inner wewr whenever am going to church because that's what altar servers use in serving mass and have been serving mass every Sunday until I decided not to serve on a particular Sunday and I wore it with singlet inside.

The second picture was taken by my younger sister @saintprisca in our verandah at home with my former phone that was stolen, Itel A16 plus. I looked great on that outfit I pray God blesses my parents and I so that I can have lots of native.

Third Photo

Yes I love this picture I want to talk about now. During Christmas period in the year 2021, I ate alot of food and I was very excited about the Christmas season because that was the first time I had an android phone, it was given to me by my friend, it wasn't a new one but I loved it alot.

My siblings and I decided to take pictures of ourselves, that time I was still struggling to sign up for steemit. It took me one month to sign up. I wore something that looks like ear rings and we took the picture through timers, we will pose and tap the screen then it will count 3 times because it will finally capture us.

The picture was taken by my younger brother who was in charge in tapping the screen while we pose to get captured within 3 seconds. We used my mum's phone which is itel A35. The phone has really lasted for a long time.

What can you say about this contest, any suggestions for improvement? (Optional)

My siblings and friend has been suggesting that the contest should be in a way we can share 5 pictures at once because we are sure lots of us has numerous pictures to save in steemit but it looking as if the contest organizer doesn't read this section in their posts. She should tell us her view on our suggestion.

CONCLUSION

I take pictures of myself and things everyday just because of steemit, this platform automatically made me a photographer. I thank @ngoenyi for organizing this contest and I hope it never ends because my gallery is filled up.
