The Diarygame: Exercising My Body To Stay Fit (22-03-2023)

Hello Friends,

My Diarygame Activities for today goes this way.

Today being the 22nd of March, was a bright Wednesday morning. I had woken up late for the day already.

I slept late to because I had to finish up my assignment given to me by my lesson teacher.

I did my morning routine which includes meditate for 5 minutes, and this was part of my daily routine. I do this to clear my mind and focus on tasks ahead for the day.

I had planned to go out jogging this morning with a friend, but I woke up late and was wondering if the movement would be possible. As planned, my friend turned up and said we should go jogging.

I was reluctant to go for today's jogging because I had removed my mind from going. But what can I do when my friend had already come to join me?

I dressed up quickly for the jogging, wearing my red tracksuit trouser, as well as lacing my jogging boats. It was a distance of about 10 kilometers, and we started at the same time.

My friend had his Music Player turned on, as we listen to motivating musics all through the race. It got to a stage where my friend requested we stop and rest for some time. I used this opportunity to drink some water to restore my strength.

After reaching a milestone of 5 km, we had to turn around, and start jogging towards home. But we decided to check out a friend in this area.

Aaron welcomed us happily, and offered us water which we drank and appreciated. We jogged back home and rested for some hours.

I ate Yam and egg sauce for the morning, Rice and stew for the afternoon, and Melon soup for the night. The day was a fulfilled one, and I felt happy through out the rest of the day.

For the evening, I was not able to go out for football training, because I was still feeling the effect of the morning jogging.

For this evening, I had to just roam around like a lost boy looking for a shepherd. I have had an interesting day worth sharing with you all, and that's why I decided to drop my first diary this way.

It's night already, and I am feeling sleepy from the days works. I said I must share this experience with all. Thanks you all.
