Hello dear friends and fellow steemians in steemkids community, it is my please to bring to your notice this amazing initiative by the steemit team.

I was notified yesterday by SC01 as regards #club5050. I found it very interesting and amazing as a way forward. Since then, I have taken my time to learn more about it and how it works and I decided that we all should adopt it. I personally believe in the future of steem and as such whatever that will move it forward is worth advocating for. Therefore, this is what #club5050 stands for.

WHAT IS #CLUB5050?

This is a club for those who will be powering up 50% of their total earnings or more in both liquid steem and SBD. It therefore follows that whenever you make an earnings, you need to keep track of it.

If for instance, you earned $20 in the last 7 days and and depending of the price of exchange or swap of steem for SBD, if for instance after using the $20 to swap for steem, you got like 240 steem, #club5050 say that you need to power up 50% of that 250 or even more. That means that if you want to make withdrawals, it should not exceed 50% of whatever you must have earned in the last 7 days. In this instance, you will need to power up 250 multiply by 0.5 or 250 divide by 2 which will be 120 steem. Therefore, you can power up from 120 steem and above.

WHO CAN JOIN THIS CLUB

Everyone is free to join, infact, I advice that all of us should join hands to do it. It is not a big deal. There are a lot of benefits to it if we all join.

For one thing, we will be building our steempower so that we can help support the growing number of newbies that are joining us daily.

We can also help improve steem in the world market thus making it have more value which will benefit us all. Or will you not like it that, as a result of the #club5050, where a lot of people holds steem, that the price of steem go up to $1, $2, $3 or even more. Then when you take out 1 steem, it will mean a lot to you? It will be awesome if it rises up to that.

Additionally, can stand a chance to receive additional support from the curator01 and curator02. Though we all understand that vote is not guaranteed. It has always been the slogan but when we do the right thing,we are supported. The bid deal is perseverance. When you are consistently doing the right thing, you will be spotlighted one day by way of support.

So, you can see that it is a win win situation. We are being assisted to be disciplined. To learn from the ant 🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜 who gathers food during dry season and enjoy during rainy days.

For this reason, I want to power up 50% of my total earnings in my wallet to demonstrate what I mean. Even though I did power up of 500 steem just last Sunday, and I intend to power up again this coming Sunday.

I had 14.504 SBD along with +600 steem. So after the conversation, it is totaled 773.442. 50% of that amount or half of it is 386.721 steem. I can only power up this amount of steem or more of it. But for the purpose of clearity, let me power up 50% of it.

I want to believe that with this, I have made more sense. So, if you are willing to powerup 50% of your total earnings for a period of time, let's say for 7 days interval like I do every Sunday, you are free to join the club

IMPORTANT NOTICE AMD WARNING

Please, it is very wrong to use the hashtag #club5050 if you are not doing powerup. This means that, you can only use the tag on the power up post in which you have powered up 50% or .ore of your earnings.

Don't use it on any other post please. I have made that mistake and so I will not want any other person to do the same.
