Hello everyone! This is @moyeon from India 🇮🇳. Today i am going to participate in the contest very beautifully organized by @steemkidss
I want to warmly thank her for organising this fun contest .
I felt embarrassed as a kid .

So its the incident of when i was in class 10th in coaching named Aakash Institute . There are many benches and chairs in coaching as usual . One day I didn't knew that there was a nail sticking out on the side of a chair. When I went ahead to sit on the chair, my jeans were torn. I told my friend that my jeans were torn. I told my friend about it so she shouted in shock and asked your jeans ripped off !!? Since generally , coaching institutions promote co-education , many boys were also in my batch they all started looking at me . It was such a moment of disgrace and embarrassment 😂.
She got it wrong she felt that my jeans were torn from the middle while my jeans were torn from below my knees . She told everyone that my jeans were torn and everyone misunderstood me . I was feeling very ashamed and couldn't stop laughing like it was such a hilarious situation 🤣😂 .
I didn't spoke anything and just asked my friend to stay with me because in restroom area 🚺. I was also very imbalanced because it was the very first time and couldn't relax myself I panicked a little . I called at home and said that my jeans are torn, send me another jeans . Now my mother also misunderstood that my jeans are torned from middle and she got real serious 🤣.
The twist was that when I was telling my mother, I was laughing on the phone but my mother felt like i am crying and she became even serious 🤣🤣🤣🤣. She asked my younger sister to immediately reach the center and provide me towel and jeans 🤣 . When she came she was furious to see how i was crying for a cut that is below my knees and said that you scared all of us, I was worrying a lot .
I changed and went to attend my class . And then went back home .
That day was really embarrassing, but i must say it was very funny 🤣🤭.
Do you think you deserve the embarrassment or it should have been someone else? |

No , not at all think that I or anyone else deserves the embarrassment . It was just a accident which was funny and embarrassing, it can happen with anyone . Its nothing like deserving or not .
What have you done to avoid such a scenario from reoccurring? |

What one could do 😂 . I am not in coaching anymore but even in college same can happen , obviously. I just try to pay extra attention while sitting . I see that it doesn't happen again because after all it costs money and fabric at the end .

Its ok , sometimes the person we act like we aren't ourselves. Sometimes we are very feared out and scared .

@moyeon, You felt embarrassed by something that could have happened to any of your classmates and I assure you that it would have happened to more than one if they hadn't removed that nail.
Young people in schools always look for a way to joke or bully others, that is common.
You laughed at me I imagine because of the nerves although I tell you, you were lucky since you were not injured with the nail.
Although you did make your family nervous, I thought it had been something more serious and it was something irrelevant, just a small cut on the blue jean.
As you say, it is very difficult for me to go through that situation again since now you will be aware of where you sit
