The Diary Game For; 1/05/2024 the first day in a new month

Dear Diary,
It is the first day in another fresh month and the month of "May" as I would be sharing with you how my day went .

Morning

I woke up this morning greeted my parents as usual did the normal house chores as it is very important and it is my responsibility to do so . Before leave the house I do consider a brief scripture and say a brief prayer before stepping out. I was listening to the radio when I noticed today was 1st may a public holiday wow!! .A day set aside to celebrate workers I just quickly remembered they would be no lectures today.

So I planned to go to work At the barbers shop so sorry I could not take photos because my phone was off. I actually had beans and plantain for breakfast went to the bathroom had my bath and was set.

Afternoon

Today was a public holiday but ever since I step my foot into this shop there was no light this shop is really stuffy and the cost of petrol I s something beyond human comparison. We make use of an inverter. Which we use in working but if the client are much then the small standing fan can't do the work .

This is what the inverter looks like it comes with a small standing fan . I sat for an hour or two but no one ever branched so almost half of our clients are civil servants I thought.A man came this time but he was looking for my manager who stepped out as a result he said he would call back .Since I was very free I took a walk to see Godwin a friend of mine and my tailor I actually gave him a material to sew since I gave him in the night and on a Saturday . I had to go meet him . Which we bargained . And I made a transfer of 2,000 naira which he called advance. I left and came back to the shop but this time it was as quiet as a grave yard.

Unlike the street we are is always a very busy street . But every where was so very dry no cars ,bikes or even tricycle . While I was creating contents on steemit I also had to prepare for meeting ( study)as today we will have our midweek meeting. We normally have this meeting on Wednesdays by 5:30pm and I had to be there early so as to dust the chairs and set everything.

The weather was not friendly at all so began entertaining this fear that the brothers might not come out. I arrived there at about 4:45pm so I could assist with the necessary .

Evening

This christian meeting lasted for an hour fourty five minutes which I benefitted alot I saw the need for me to give praises to God always just like the psalmist. I came back to the shop when I noticed there was a brother and is family who was absent . By way of showing love and care I decided to write a text message in my message I told him he was absent on Sunday the last sunday and today being Wednesday. I also wrote I hope all is well and told him goodnight and extend my greetings s to the family .

I boarded a tricycle which was heading my way and went straight to the house it was still drizzling . I had beans for dinner and tht wS how my day went . Thank you so much for reading my post .
