Dear @patjewell mam, Your presentation on the topic of Engagement Challenge today was commendable. For today's competition you have introduced us to four forms or groups of recreation and they are: social activities, physical activities, indoor and outdoor, mental activities. These groups of entertainment that you mentioned you have mentioned in front of us by explanation which is really nice. Moreover, you have very well mentioned the proper importance of entertainment in our life. I appreciate your presentation.

We have to take breaks and make time for recreation. This with loved ones, friends, or by ourselves. Best of all, I have found that it doesn't even have to be a full day.
An hour or two makes a HUGE difference.
