You said it right. Forgiveness is actually an antidote for us to be united in the family. There is actually no family without that antidotes. In fact I have come to discover that life throw to us what we don't expect but that is not the way it is. Instead of us dwelling in offense, in bitterness or unforgiveness we should always allow people to be forgiven. If God can command us to actually forgive, then that means God knows that it is quite possible for us to forgive no matter what it may be. We will have less broken homes and families if only a lot of people have practiced forgiviness. It does not take anything to forgive and let go. It just takes heart that is ready and bold to take the step. It might be difficult but we just need to keep it going. Life can really be difficult for us at times but well that is how life is actually.
