Good day steemians!

Nothing is permanent in this world. Even our lives, if its our time we will really die no matter how we take care of our self. But the lola of my hubby really had so much time in this world. She was already 90 years old. Last month she can still talk and stand but after that she cant anymore eat rice, so my papa-in-law just make way just to give lola something to eat. So she decided to give her an oatmeal. Then one day, she got sick and had cough and there she just suffer for 2 days and died. It is sad that she already passed away but still grateful because she will no longer suffer her situation because she was already bed ridden for a month already.

And what hurts me more is one day when my sister-in-law clean her area, she hold tight and say "dai, pls give me strength". That voice asking for a strength really broke my heart and made me realize that soon, one day all our strength will vanish away and will seek for it.

And almost every night when she was already bed ridden, my sis-in-law heard her prayers saying, "hahaie, Lord I am so tired, please take me back." Yes, her wish is to have eternal peace and God granted it a week before her 90th birthday. Lola is a good lola way back when I was kid. Me and my hubby were churchmates since birth so I know lola when I was still a kid. During our kids and praise days, she let us come in their house to practice for our presentation. She is a kind of lola who is so strict yet very kind to her apo and the kids in the church.

Another story for lola, I can say that she reached on her age because when she was still young upto his age now she dont want to eat meat even red fish, she just wanted to eat vegetable soup. Another thing, she dont want to put ajinomoto in it nor magic sarap, she just wanted a plain and healthy soup. She was indeed a one of a kind lola.

So, during lola's last day of funeral we decided to buy something for snacks because we were sure that there were many people will come. We decided to buy 10 packs of fudgee bar. There was an assigned daughter of lola who will prepare for a snack but then we just bought something for additionals. We also bought some coffee mate to make the coffee creamier.

Then the followinh day, we then send her to the cemetery.

We were just temporary in this world so we must make sure to do good things and the things we wanted because we never know when is our time.
