Good day steemians!

I am a working mom with an OFW husband with a little school girl. We were so happy and grateful as well when our little princess came to us. She is indeed a blessing from God to us. I got married at the age of 28, I really dont expect that I will get pregnant easily because I had an abnormal cycle of menstruation. But if God really wantted to bless you, He will really give you even in my age.

But unfortunately, in my second pregnancy it was a failure already beecause of some intances we cannot stop.

And right now, Matheena is already 6 years young and is now a Grade 1 student. When my hubby was still here in the Philippines, Matheena is a jolly girl because she was excited to be fetch by her father in school and her father as well will accompany her in school. And it was really so easy for me that time because whenever Matheena has an activity in school, it was not that hard for me and I will not be absent in my work because he was there and will assist me.

But when he already worked outside the country, my routine changed. I didnt let Matheena participate in any school activities that needed my appearance.

But this month, I felt so guilty. I ignore Matheena and wasnt ablee to give more attention to her. So, to maakke the story short, when her teacher announced that they will be having a Prince and Princess Fashion Show, I immediately registered Matheena and find something to wear. I just decided to undertime in my work. The money is just there, we can just find it the next day but your kids opportunity to develop their confidence is not everyday.

And this was Matheena's outfit yesterday. I chose this because their theme was Tribal costume. Credits to my cousin who let me rent at a low price for this costume.

And I can see how excited she was walking in the stage wearing her beautiful dress. Matheena's confidence leveled up today compared before. Mw and my hubby were so happy for Matheena's achievement even in her young age. I also taught her to accept thw fact whenever she will not win. The contest she was participating is not for her to win but our goal is to boast her confidence

And I am so grateful of the school for having such a wonderful event.
