DELICIOUS "TINOLANG ISDA"
Good day steemians!
My daughter Matheena really loves to eat meal with soup in it. Whenever I cant provide soup, she always looks for it and if I cant provide it she still eat but not that fast. Unlike if there is a soup, she can easily swallow.
So today, let me share you my simple steps on how I make my fish soup or also known as "Tinolang Isda" here in Philippines.
INGREDIENT:
Of course, in a recipe we will start what are the ingredients to use:
- ginger
- onion springs
- onion
- tomatoe
- fish
- water
- salt
- magic sarap
PROCEDURE
These are the easy steps on how I made it are as follows:
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients needed by slicing all the spices and cleaning the fish as well as the utensils needed.
Step 2:
Put a half caserole water and put it on fire. Then wait until it boiled.
Step 3:
If it boils already put all the spices and let it boil again until its aroma will fly over the place.
Step 4:
If it boils again, put the clean and sliced fish and let it boil once more until the aroma of the spices will go over the fish.
Step 5:
When it boils again, put salt and magic sarap. The measurement will depend on your taste if you wanted a little bit salty or not. Then let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
This is now our finished output. Yummy, delicious and healthy as well.
So, to those parents whos has kids who loves soup, you can try our "tinolang isda". And I am sure they will like it.
