The Diary Game || 12- 02- 2025 || Exercising with my fitness team and taking part in a charity projects

Dear diary.

It's another Wednesday to wake up and face reality, I had a good rest last night which I've been able to wake early in the morning. Several stuff to handle but I considered training my mental rehabilitation first by feeding my eyes on the daily text.

It was supposed to be a hectic day because I had a couple of stressful events to attend to which I would love to mention, responding to fitness routine with stayfit, taking part on a child, a million smiles project and evening work, Let's talk.

After I finish reading my daily text, I took a bathe and departed to the stay-fit camp which is a distance away from home, well I board a public vehicle immediately I arrived the tarred road and in Just five minutes time I was there.

The weather was still whitish which indicates the present of harmattan and it seems to affect my Camara lens. The team were already active on the various programs given by the coach so I took to joined the queue to participate in the program execution.

The target was to exercise the lower body and the abs too so various programs suck as cone tap, chair dips, tire climbing and etc were executed. It was a kind of intense workout session that requires enough water for hydration.

As usual we incorporated with a football session which we paired with the available numbers of people; the present of four steemians was felt, the likes of @whizzbro4eva @ngoenyi @alli001 and I, I paired with ngoenyi while alli001 and whizzbro4eva played as my opponents.

Alli001 team Play with intensed pressure the first 10 minutes of start time, domineering us with two goals to none; we were short of players so that gave them the advantage of winning plus my unfitted right leg which is yet to be massage. Soon more players started coming to balanced up the team, which we bounced back to retaliate.

It was complicated to register a single goal because the opponent team were gained in defence and it was toughed to break the resistance. By playing defensive football, we had more advantage to dominate them in ball possession and registered a goal before time expired.

Time for charity projects was slowly approaching so we hurriedly hit back home to prepare ahead; it was when I finished bathing that I heard a notification popped up from my WhatsApp concerning some people arriving the distribution venue, soon alli001 arrived and we departed.

I didn't really know the road to the school but we arrived there with the help of @bessie2023, I and Alli were the last to attend the distribution and it was already ongoing. This week, we distributed uncooked food(noodles) to all children's including the teachers too.

It was really a massive turnout of ten steemians who dedicated their precious time to support the project, we spent a couples of minutes sharing and taking pictures with the pupils. It was a special day because we had the present of Mr @el-nailul and his pretty wife through WhatsApp video call.

We departed after everything, we all went to @okere-blessing house since her house is closed to the school. On our way bossj23 came out with a creative photographer, we sphere around ngoenyi car, two people in the back and three in the front then he captured.

It was my first time in okere-blessing house and wow, she lived in a beautiful house with her family, she have a small dog that is currently sick and receiving medication. She welcomed us with a sachet of cold pure water and a bundle of pictures to keep us busy while she stayed in the kitchen preparing us food.

Just when we didn't expected, she delivered us a plate of noodles with a slice of cucumber inside and a plastic of Pepsi, a product of coca- cola company. As her quest; we stayed in her cool and calm countyard to enjoyed the delicacy, drank the sweetened Pepsi and relaxed for some hours with some good vibes.

It was around 4 o'clock PM when we finally wish to return to our different destination but then we got retain by okere-blessing husband, he requested for our stayed as he was coming back and wow we decided to wait him. Actually I was about to know her husband for the first time, not only me it was others first time too.

He arrived in 30 minutes time, he didn't returned alone instead he returned with three bottles of drinkable stuff, two was a mixed of alcoholic while one was alcohol free. He also bought us a cook cow skin which we called kpumo in our local language.

We stayed more than expected because of okere-blessing cheerful husband, he put us on tiktok live initially, he did something great by promoting steemit on his live video. We drank everything drinkable and chew everything chewable before returning to our destination.

I couldn't make it to work because my head wasn't normal as it should, I needed to bathe, eat and rest to gain back my normal self, I wish killing two birds in one stone was easy, I would've executed my all my plans without stress. Nevertheless it was a great day to me, the least activities i participated was crucial and I'm happy I did.
