The Diary Game || 08- 06- 2024 || Promoting Healthcare Through Aerobics Programs

Keeping fit through exercises.

Dear diary.

It was another day to woke up and experienced the reality of life but in an aerobics ways, in the previous day, we couldn't workout due to force amateur (heavy rainfall), in the stay-fit WhatsApp group, the team finally reached an agreement that the workout should be work over untill the coming day. The coming day was fast to approached, I remark it this way, "the Saturday for aerobics."

It was finally the coming day and the weather wasn't at it's best mood but it treats us good, due to the prevailing weather pattern, the cloud was moving from the north to the south, making the sky to look runny but it was a bit shinny.

I began my adventure to the camp, because I couldn't afford to board a bus, I made up my mind to walk from home to the camp amd successfully i walked. On reaching the camp, others lads were already there and I joined the ongoing program which was powered by our wonder coach. First program was.

Step board side jump.

The coach called it Step Board Side jump because it involves squatting, this program was done by centering a board, jumping to the left and right with one leg on top the board, it wasn't an ordinary left amd right jump, we were to squad too to complete the program.

A target was given and it was 20 jump's in four times, going consecutively or break was freewill decision, no one could completed the program consecutively because it was painful.

While taking the program, I felt pains in my knee while squatting, my knee was the major part of my body that suffered because while squatting and raising up, the whole pressure drown to the knee.

Step Board Jump Squat.

The second program was Step Board Jump Squat. This program despite sounding the easy, it was the hardest one for me because it accumulated both waist and knee pains. As seen in the picture, the program was done by jumping on top the board, jumping down and then squat before jumping on top the board again.

Just like others program, the minimum target was ×20 just like the Step board side jump. If you vividly look at my face, you realize that it had really entered my bone though I was trying to pretend as a guy.

Touch The Heel.

Here comes another program which the coach called it Touch The Heel. This was the coolest program as it wasn't complicated but easy going, remember the program was aerobics so when doing the hard ones, we also include the easy one to level the program.

Here comes the last program that got me exhausted and i decided to end for the day. The coach called it scissor kicks This program was done with the help of mart. As shown in the picture, I was to lay down flat with my eyes facing the sky, stretch my legs above my head and my two hands above my butt.

Our body needs to be exercise in others to help blood circulation, burn out fat and improve our health care. There's more in exercising ourselves, we protect ourselves from incurable disease when working out daily, maybe we won't cure these diseases entirely but working out daily secure a longer lifespan by fighting these diseases.

After taking a deep rest and eating buns which was baked by our coach @ngoenyi, some people returned home while some stayed to played volley ball. THIS IS MY STAY FIT DIARY GAME.
