Children in this range has less say about their lives as they are been monitored, and controlled and decision can't be made by them, they are the responsibility of parents and guidance.

This is absolutely true, because I can remembered when I was a child my mom and dad used to control me by telling me the type of people I should hang around with and those I shouldn't played with for my safety.
