Good day my dear and wonderful steemians today i will love to write on a topic exercise, but before i go in to the main section we will have to know the meaning of exercise.

Exercise can be defined in so many ways but let me give you the situable one. exercise can be defined as the regular fitness of the body to improve the immune system, tissues in the body system, and to make the blood flow from one place to another.or in other words it can also be defined as the act of grooming the body to be physical fit in a good position in order to balance the bo.
Why we do exercise is to empower or enable our immune system, tissues in the body.

There are several ways why we do exercise to make our body move they include:

  • To empower our immune system, tissues in the body.
  • To groom our body to make us to be strong.
  • To give us the capacity to do things with strength and energy.

Importance of exercise
Exercise can be useful in so many ways which are:

  • Exercise helps to grow strong and healthy, why I say so is because without exercise and good nutrition or balance diet we can't grow well.
  • It makes us to be flexible.
  • It makes us to move our body.
  • It makes us to reduce weight (fatness).
  • Exercise makes us to feel comfortable.
  • Exercise makes the blood to flow from one place to another and activate the body system.
  • It also cure sickness like body pains, e.g joint problem, when doing that it strengthen the bones.

Necessary things we need to do when doing exercise.

  • Eat light foods such as snacks, pastries, etc.
  • Take fruits (vitamins).
  • Take a lot of water,nap(sleep or rest)to maintain the body.
  • Do some warm up.
  • Do some activities that will enhance the body to move. e.g stretching, pulling, bending, splitting etc.
  • Some times songs can be played during or after the exercise to make people active.
  • Also take some energy drink such as fearless, glucose, etc.
    Note that when doing some sport or exercise and you see sweat generating from your body it tells you that the heat and disease in your body are gone.

In conclusion i hope i hope that I have been able to teach and advice you on what you should do when doing exercise in any sporting place or flied.
