Drawing one of my favorite cartoon characters - Curious George - club5050

Hello members of steemkids community, I am glad to write and draw another of my favorite cartoon characters named Curious George.

Curious George is a monkey who likes to explore and he has many friends. Anytime he encounters a problem, he always goes somewhere that will teach him new things and help him solve his problems,and the man with the yellow hat assists him.

Let me tell you one of the things he learnt. If you get a calculator then tape it to a radio, when the radio beebs faster than normal you will know that there is metal there. George always improvises. For example we use stone to make a statue, but George used mud to make a statue. When George is trying to apply what he learnt,he makes mistake almost all the time, like when he was making the statue out of mud. At first the mud just fell, because he made a mistake, but he tried again and corrected his mistakes and he made it.

Let me tell you about another thing George made and made a big mistake and also improvised. It was winter and there was a hole somewhere in the animals' barn. The owner of the barn called someone to fix it, when the person came George saw the person had a tool belt so he said he wanted a tool belt also. One day George went to visit Grandley the pig and he saw a hole in the roof they forgot to fix so George said he will fix it. George made his tool belt out of the man with the yellow hat's tie, then he used a ruler instead of a measuring tape, and the mistake he made was that he used bread to cover the hole, but he didn't realize it yet at first.

He saw the hole again and he used a bucket to get up there, instead of a ladder he improvised. At the end he realized his mistake and then used aluminum foil to cover it and it worked.

MATERIALS NEEDED TO DRAW

• Pencil
• Eraser
• Crayon
• Cardboard

HOW TO DRAW IT

First thing I did was to get the materials I would be using ready. Then I drew the man with the yellow hat first.

Then I drew Curious George, the monkey.

Then I chose the appropriate color to color it. I made the coloring to be beautiful. It came out in this form.
