Hello friends my fellow steemkids and kids lovers I am so happy to participate in this food challenge week 3 today I am going to present my food wish my mother help me in preparing it it is a very long food I've not eaten for a while the score vegetable rice and beans locally-made I will write down the ingredients are used in preparing this meal it is so delicious you can try it in your home and you will love it

After preparing all the ingredients my mother asked me to start selecting the beans
After selecting the beans she asked me to wash it so I watch it twice then she supervised again and tell me is not clear that the water have not changed colour so I have to wash it again put it in the pot let me switch on the gas and start cooking with water
when it was boiling I wash the rice and pour it inside with the beans why the beans and rice was on fire mummy help me in cutting the data table so when the rice and beans was soft she asked me to put all the ingredients so I put it except for the vegetable and onions wish I had it last immediately I put the vegetable it was not up to one minute she should help me bring down the food and dish it into the place for me to eat with my glass of coke.
I really enjoy my meal it was very sweet and it has been long I ate it are you still Cook to download the food so you can come and join me
