Presentation software is an application program that used to create presentations/slideshows. These presentations can be printed or presented to an audience and used for many purposes by students, teachers, businessman and other professionals. Microsoft has a whole package of software that is called MS Office and MS PowerPoint is one of them. PowerPoint has a short name ppt when we type the same in windows the same program is opened. PowerPoint is a presentation software that helps in creating, organizing and delivering presentations. It has a number of features that make it an attractive choice for presenters. Some of the key features of PowerPoint include: -It is a versatile application that can be used to create slideshows, presentations and other types of multimedia content.

I have been quite often using PowerPoint and the first time i started using it was in the computer lab of grade 5. This was the first time my computer teacher introduced me to it. I was so happy and mesmerized to use this application, it was so easy to use and self explanatory. After exactly 7 days i was told to make a presentation and show the whole class using images in the powerpoint and i did really great making that presentation.

In schools, colleges and universities students when are asked to deliver and showcase the work done, they do so on PowerPoint. They make slides with good effects and catching animations to their professors. In PowerPoint students also use pictures and other catching stuff.
Teachers use them for class preparation
Many of the teachers use PowerPoint for preparing all the material for their class. They add all the images, videos and graphs to their slides so that the students stay focused and education is made productive.
Used in the business meetings
PowerPoint is used in the business meetings where a person needs to propose a new plan, submit their work or presenting things to their client this tool comes in handy.
