It's Sunday so I was relaxing all day at home only. It's Sunday so it's time to power up some Steem to increase my Steem power. The process is very important for the individual as well as whole for the ecosystem also. Power up means we locked the Steem token and it will take some predefined time to unblock it back. The process reduce the liquid supply available in the system and hence play a important role in pricing of the token. For in individual it's important as the steem power play a critical role for a user to influence in the ecosystem. When a user power up steem or staked the steem and convert it into steem power this increase the voting value of the user which ultimately increase the curation rewards. When we upvotes the content on blockchain the publisher earn rewards and the earning depends on the Steem staked by the user voting the content. The staked steem also earn a passive ARP. The power up activity is overall good for system. It also show the trust of users toward the system.

Lets Power Up Steem

Below is the screen shot form my wallet and I am holding the 669.157 Steem Power.

I power up with 10 steem.

After power up the stem power is 679.157. Below is the screenshot after the power up.

My immediate target is to have 1k steem power. I am more active now and try to post daily. The earnign are not too much but consistency is important and even a little steem earned everyday are contributed towards the goal. I am already on the way to 1k and have required more then 400 more steem power.
