HELLO EVERYONE!
It's another interesting moment for me to be here once again with you our prestigious kids and kids lovers to share my food challenge contest organized by @steemkids with you all. With assurance I trust you are awesome! Please give your undivided attention to my write up on how to prepare peanut snacks.
PEANUT SNACKS PRODUCTION
MATERIALS NEEDED FOR PEANUT
The following are the materials I used in the production of peanut:
- Baking powder
- Flour
- Groundnut
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Sugar
- Egg
- milk/ milk flavour
QUANTITY OF MATERIALS TO BE USED
The table below shows the materials and measurements I used.

| Groundnut | 2cups |
| Vegetable oil | 75cl |
| Sugar | 4 teaspoons |
| Egg | 2 |
| Baking powder | 3 teaspoons |
| Salt | a pinch |
| Milk | 3 teaspoons |
HOW I MADE THE PEANUT
The following are the stages on how to prepare peanut:
- stage 1: Break the eggs into a plate add 4 teaspoons of granular sugar, a pinch of salt and whisk it every well till it becomes foamy as shown below.
- Stage 2 measure three (3) cups of flour into a bowl and mixed it with three to four teaspoons of dry milk or milk flavour and two teaspoons of baking powder as shown below;
- Stage 3: measure one and the half of Groundnut into a bowl and gradually pour whisked eggs on the Groundnut, shake and use your hand and sprinkles the mixed flour on it until it mould it self.
If the peanut gum together while moulding, try to sperate it before you fry as show below.
- Stage 4: set fire and put the vegetable oil in your pot, allowed it to hot then pour the moulded nut into and fry. Please it should be deep fried. Deep in the sense that the oil have to be plenty more than the peanut.
I taught my nephew because he accompanied me in the preparation.
Once it's done you have to sieve it into shifter so as to drain out the oil.
Lastly we successfully came up with this
